It is spicy on the nose and in the mouth with notes of coriander prevailing over orange blossom, chamomile and bergamot flowers and a surprising hint of pepper on the finish. Pairs well with fresh cheeses, vegetables and white meats.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Tsunami, Belgian Strong Ale<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 7.4 % vol., 750 ml<\/em><br \/>A cloudy pale beer with a deep yellow color with orange highlights. On the nose marked notes of honey and bay leaf, spices and ripe fruits. The balanced taste, which plays between the caramel of the malts and the slight bitterness of the hops, pairs well with aged and blue cheeses.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Tornado, Weizenrauch<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 8.1 % vol., 750 ml<\/em><br \/>A cloudy pale beer with an intense color that, thanks to its considerable body, the notes of sweetness recalled by the use of honey during processing and the sustained alcohol content, goes well with baked meats especially pork and lamb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avalanche, Imperial IPA<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 7.9 % vol., 750 ml<\/em><br \/>Red beer with pleasant sweet notes given by the use of wildflower honey produced in-house. It goes well with cheeses and spicy, spicy dishes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Thunderbolt, Porter<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 5.6 % vol., 750 ml<\/em><br \/>A double-malt dark beer where the typical bitter notes of roasted coffee and chocolate are pleasantly mitigated by the aromatic sweetness given by the use of farm honey. It is a refreshing, thirst-quenching, all-day beer. The addition of barley flakes characterizes the smoothness of the foam.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>La Scoretta, Pale Ale<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 5.2% vol., 500 ml<\/em><br \/>This top-fermented Pale Ale presents itself with a golden color to the eye. Herbaceous hints prevail on the nose with sufficient malty supporting notes that make it round and balanced while not compromising its easy drinkability. Citrus aromas emerge on the nose, which then give way to intense spicy notes of coriander and oranges. The taste has a light flavor: it is a dry beer with little bitterness. A pleasant citrus note makes it thirst quenching.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Noble Beer (Golden Ale)<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 5.0% vol., 500 ml<\/em><br \/>Yellow-colored beer with clear, persistent foam. On olfactory examination, a citrus scent prevails with clear hints of lemon. On the palate it is balanced, the bitterness is balanced and fades<br \/>making room for malty notes.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Magnificent Beer (Amber)<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 5.0% vol., 500 ml<\/em><br \/>Amber-colored beer with white, persistent foam. Fruity and malty aromas emerge on the nose: in the mouth, the sweetness of malt immediately makes way for the delicate bitterness of hops and malty notes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Fair Beer (Indian Pale Ale)<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 6.5% vol., 500 ml<\/em><br \/>Deep blond beer with fine, persistent white foam. Citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit and fruity notes of red fruits emerge on the nose. In the mouth there are herbaceous notes in which the bitterness is very smooth and balanced.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fire Beer (Tripel)<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 8.5% vol., 500 ml<\/em><br \/>Fire beer is a Tripel-style beer, deep gold in color with fine, persistent white foam. Aromas of bread crust emerge on the nose. In the mouth, malt dominates thanks to soft, enveloping caramel notes. Fire is a beer that, despite its alcohol content has an easy drinkability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Earth Beer (Oatmeal Stout)<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 5.2% vol., 500 ml<\/em><br \/>Dark brown beer with fine, persistent beige foam. The nose is complex with delicate notes of coffee, chocolate, licorice and hazelnut. In the mouth we find chocolate, coffee and licorice, notes that make it in perfect harmony with the style. The velvety and silky body makes it suitable to accompany dessert as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glacial Beer (Imperial IPA)<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 5.4% vol., 500 ml<\/em><br \/>Glacial is an Imperial IPA-style beer with added organic honey, dark amber in color with fine and persistent beige foam also due to its pronounced efferscence. With its robust and structured but well-balanced body, Marte is characterized by malt notes harmoniously accompanied by delicate floral scents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In my opinion, Dark<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 8.0% vol., 330 ml<\/em><br \/>A black beer with a good foam, &#8220;According to Me&#8221; was born from the whims of the brewmaster and the desire to create a beer with a strong flavor but moderate bitterness. Salinae is a very dry-tasting beer, a sensation due to the use of Cervia salt, fruity, with well-balanced and persistent bitterness, and a compact, creamy, clinging foam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Constance (Special Clare)<\/strong><br \/><em>alcohol 5.3% vol., 330 ml and 750 ml<\/em><br \/>Pure pale ale brewed with 100% barley malt.
