We select the best regional products for you, favoring organic or otherwise small-scale producers’ productions. We do not believe that PDO Umbria certification is a necessary parameter to guarantee the high quality of the product, so some of our proposals may not carry this mark. We believe more in the people who produce the oil, people we know personally and trust.

The same oils that we alternate in the kitchen for the preparation of dishes are offered at the table, to season bruschetta, soups or to enrich other dishes as desired and are for sale in our food store.

Monocultivar moraiolo, made from olives in organic conversion, is one of the few Italian oils to bear the “Kosher” certification for the Jewish people.

DiTrevi Cooperative, Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Umbria Colli Assisi Spoleto
Produced with 90% moraiolo olives and the remaining part leccino and frantoio.
