At Osteria a Priori you’ll find all of Umbria on the map, and by all of Umbria we really mean ALL of it. In fact, our goal is to bring you alongside the historic and most celebrated labels, a whole range of good, lesser-known producers whose wines do not fall under any DOC or DOCG designation. We like to give space to everyone, including young, hidden and unthinkable wineries that our area holds in its hills.
